Responsibilities

Develop a clear integral Gantt of each project through or without a system, assigning responsibilities and timings.

Lead the implementation of each service/project, influencing each stakeholder involved.

Particularly monitoring the permits approval process, doing the final checking’s before architecture plans and construction gets in, and overall execution.

Guarantee an accurate and professional follow up, identifying gaps, focusing on correcting them, providing permanent visibility to the different stakeholders.

Focus on leverage the current processes in the quality of the derivable and efficient in time.

Excellent relationship with our clients and constant hypercare.

Desirables skills

Ability to create, develop and leverage relationships within and across work groups to achieve results.
Proven ability to promote and encourage communication among different stakeholders (Client / Procurement / Supervisors / Sherpa partners / Suppliers, etc.) to ensure alignment.
Ability to manage and resolve conflict, either independently or through escalation, to facilitate decision-making.
Strong English presentation, written and oral communication skills to be able to guide discussions and foster decision-making using Excel, Word or PowerPoint materials.
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently while keeping managers informed and aligned on priorities

Experience & Education

3-5 years in project manager and finance role, e.g., FP&A and Business developments, in the construction and architecture space.
Experience managing projects and establishing new processes in the organization.
Experience with new project developments.
Experience with accounting and financial systems, e.g., quickbooks.
Experience working in an interior / design company / organization.
Degree in project mgmt. or business, or accounting required; MBA is a plus.

¿Qué buscamos?

Profesionales del área de Tecnología con sólidos conocimientos y dominio de lenguajes de programación como Python o JavaScript. Experiencia con tecnologías de procesamiento y transformación de datos como Hadoop, Spark o SQL.

Experiencia con tecnologías de almacenamiento de datos relacionales (p. ej., MySQL), bases de datos NoSQL (p. ej., MongoDB) y almacenamiento de datos (p. ej., Redshift, Snowflake).

Que cuentes con fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, y la capacidad de trabajar con conjuntos de datos grandes y complejos.

Procesar y transformar los datos para prepararlos para el análisis.

Colaborar con científicos de datos para ayudarlos a acceder y preparar datos para analizarlos.

Garantizar la calidad y la integridad de los datos implementando verificaciones de calidad de datos y monitoreando los datos en busca de anomalías o errores.
