We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with experience in the Salesforce Clouds (salesforce.com) to support our growing Real Estate Technology Team! You will work with Operations, ensuring our activities follow processes and procedures that lead to a positive customer experience. You will also focus on internal and client metrics to drive the business forward, and gather feedback to improve Get Real’s products and offerings, which are primarily based on the Salesforce.com platform.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience in customer support and/or customer facing operations.
- At least two years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate others
Highly organized. - Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
- Salesforce certifications, prior SaaS technical training experience and real estate knowledge a plus.
